Who can apply for your accommodation?
Anyone currently studying at Lancaster Universities is eligible to apply for our student accommodation. We also cater for working professionals in select properties.
What is included in the room rent?
With our all-bills-exclusive service, everything is included in your rent, with no hidden bills or additional costs, unless specified otherwise on the property listing page.

At Lancaster Student Lettings, what you see is what you get. Wi-Fi is included with many of our properties, but not all, so it’s best to check before committing to a rental agreement. Some of our rooms also include weekly cleaning services and a TV license.

Yes, our properties come furnished with basic amenities, including beds, wardrobes, desks, modern furniture, fully fitted kitchens, and appliances such as a TV and microwave.
